Terms - Infinite Codeworks



The Infinite Connect Service is provided by Infinite Codeworks (“us”, “we”) to you (referred to as “you” and “your”). Your use of this Service and any additional services introduced by us and contained within constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This agreement together with the invoice and proposal which you may have received from us sets out the terms on which we agree to grant you permission to access and use the Infinite Connect service. The invoice and proposal forms part of our agreement with you.

The copyright and any other intellectual property rights in Infinite Connect, the data and any other documents with constitute Infinite Connect are owned by us and remain our property and you are licensed to use them only if you accept all of the terms and conditions which are set out below.

Terms of Service

Please review our terms, you must agree to them in order to use Infinite Connect, make sure you are allowed to agree to our terms of service on behalf of your business.

By using the Site and/or the Service, you irrevocably agree that such use is subject to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the Site or the Service.

We may change our terms of service from time to time. If we do, we will post a note on our website or email you.

Any continued use by you of the Site or the Service after the posting of such modified Terms of Service shall be deemed to indicate your irrevocable agreement to such modified Terms of Service. Accordingly, if at any time you do not agree to be subject to any modified Terms of Service, you may no longer use the Site or Service.


We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates and partners and their respective officers and employees harmless from any loss, fines, fees, liability or claim made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions whilst using the Service or any other service provided by us.


Standard support and monitoring is included in the Infinite Connect subscription.

Standard support business hours are 9:00 to 17:30 GMT/BST excluding weekends and statutory public holidays.

Incident priorities
All incidents (identified by the Client or Infinite Codeworks) shall be assigned a priority level in accordance with following:

  Incidents in which the Service is available only on a restricted basis – e.g. the data accessible by the user is restricted or the Service operates with significant difficulty or delay

User Account Registration; Passwords and Fees

As part of the registration process you may need to create an account, including a username & password. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, not misleading and relates to you. You cannot create an account or username & password using the names and information of another person or using words that are the trademarks or the property of another party (including ours), or vulgar, obscene or in any other way inappropriate. We reserve the right with or without notice to suspend or terminate any account in breach.

Where we provide an organization with a number of user licenses for the Service these must be adhered to. User licenses cannot be shared between users. A breach of this clause will result in termination of the abused accounts and/or all accounts provided to the organisation.

If for any reason you suspect that your username & password has been disclosed to or obtained by another party you should contact us immediately. Please note that we never contact users requesting them to confirm their username & password or other details.

All services are billed in accordance with your contract, any failure to pay the amount due under the contract on the due date for payment may result in termination.

Location of the Site and your Use

Infinite Connect is hosted on servers throughout Europe in multiple data centres. Backup/failover environments are located in North America. All system management is handled from our London Offices.

Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation must be received in accordance with the service contract. No refunds will be provided for any remaining unused days.

We may terminate your account and all content and materials associated with it at any time where these Terms have been breached. Such termination can be with or without notice.

Linked Websites

This site contains links to other websites that are not owned or operated by Infinite Codeworks, they are provided solely as a convenience and Infinite Codeworks has no responsibility for the content or availability of such websites, and that Infinite Codeworks does not endorse such websites or any products or services associated therewith. Your use of such websites will be subject to the terms of use applicable to each such website.


All credentials are stored in encrypted databases or locations. We make use of strong passwords and do not use repeated or “standard” passwords anywhere in the Infinite Connect platform.

All communication with our integration services is over SSL encrypted channels.

All client passwords are held in a Password Vault that uses PBKDF2 SHA-256. This is a leading hashing algorithm to strengthen the master password and encryption key against large-scale, brute-force attacks.

Third-Party Payment Processor

We use 3rd Party Payment providers to handle all credit/debit card transaction as well as a Direct Debit Bureau and do not store any details of cards on our own systems.

Privacy Policy

This Service allows you to integrate with various online third-party services. In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service. When you enable linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service.

When you enable the Service to link content and data between Third-Party Services, the Third-Party Services will provide us with access to certain information that you may have provided to the Third-Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules you set to govern the linking. However, please remember that the manner in which Third-Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such Third-Party Services, and Infinite Codeworks shall have no liability or responsibility for any Third-Party Services that may be enabled within the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information from our integration platform to allow us to monitor the performance and improve the system on an ongoing basis. We do not share this information with anyone outside the organisation unless in an anonymous way.

We only collect information that is pertinent to the role we provide as an integration service.

Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

We do not use your personal or other data for any purpose other than that of conducting our business.

We will never sell your contact details on to any 3rd party or alike.
